Privacy Policy

We attach the greatest importance to the protection of your data and the safeguarding of your privacy. Below, we would like to explain which data we process, when, for what purpose and on which legal basis. In doing so, we aim to explain how our services operate and how the protection of your personal data is ensured.

Personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is regarded as identifiable if they can be identified directly or indirectly. Further information on this can be found, inter alia, in Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR.

This Privacy Policy can be accessed, saved and printed at any time at https://mellerud.de/datenschutz .

Where we cite our legitimate interest or the legitimate interest of a third party (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as the legal basis for processing personal data, you have the right to object in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR:

Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you. In this case, we will no longer process the personal data for the purposes of direct marketing or any profiling related thereto.

We will also no longer process your personal data for other purposes following an objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (cf. Art. 21(1) GDPR, the so‑called “restricted right to object”). In this case, you must state reasons for the objection arising from your particular situation.

You may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data which is carried out for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89(1) GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (cf. Art. 21(6) GDPR).

We will separately inform you of the right to object in the individual sections (e.g. by the notice: “You have the right to object”), where this right exists. There you will also find further information on how to exercise your right to object.
